I have been having repeating errors where a correction in the schematic is not propagating correctly to the layout. There are pins on the layout with net names that should not be there. In some cases it seems they have more than on net name. I have tried remocving and replacing the part in the schematic. I have checked the schematic carefully. I cannot see how this is happening. Its a simple board with 1 opamp, a handfull of passives and diodes and an edge connector.

I'm using the autorouter which doesn't complete even thought it says it has. The missing traces are usually easy direct connections. This is day two of this frustration. I can share the files if that will help.
