I learned that JLCPCB only Supports Through Vias. How can I connect a through via to the Power and GND Layers?

This Picture shows blind/buried vias.

If I use through Vias it looks like this.

1. Is it now connected to the correct Layers?

2. If not how can I be sure that it is connected to the correct Layers?

Layer 2,4,5 are PlaneZone this means they are fully filled with Copper.
