Hi,
I'm using EasyEDA Pro and I have a pcb design that contains the following led: SK6812MINI-EA, part #C5378731. This particular led is designed to be mounted on the back of the pcb, and shine through a hole in the pcb. I'm using it to backlight a silicone keypad. Here is simple example.
And this is how EasyEDA displays the pcb in the 3D viewer:
When I attempt to order the pcb, the pcb depicted on the JCLPCB website does not contain the holes for the led.
But sometimes if I go back to EasyEDA and re-order the pcb, then the holes sometimes appear. I can't find any reliable way to reproduce the issue.
The EasyEDA 3D viewer always shows the holes properly.
I exported a gerber file from EasyEDA. I can confirm that if I upload the same gerber file, sometimes the JLCPCB order page will show the holes and sometimes not. So this seems like an issue with the gerber file viewer on the order page.
If I continue down the PCB Assembly order sequence, the status of the holes (ie either present or not present) is consistent. So if the holes are seen in the pcb on the initial pcb order page, then the subsequent PCBA pcb images will show the holes as well. But if the holes are missing on the initial pcb order page, then the holes are missing on the subsequent PCBA pcb images too.
Can someone let the right people know about this issue?
Thanks
