Hi, I feel there is a flaw in the scroll wheel behavior.  The default is to zoom with the scroll wheel.  I understand that you can change the options so that CRTL + Scroll zooms instead and regular scroll will actually scroll, but the problem is the side-to-side (lef-right) behavior.  As I have a mouse with a scroll wheel that has sideways scrolling as well I noticed the following.

When in Zoom Mode=Scroll Key, the side-to-side scroll works fine, but the up-down is zoom.

When in Zoom Mode=CTRL+ Scroll, and not holding CTRL, the side-to-side ends up zooming while the up-down scrolls as it should.

Can you fix it so that when the Zoom Mode is CTRL + Scroll and not holding CTRL the side-to-side scrolls properly?  When using the scroll wheel (or even a touch pad) for normal scroll, all directions should function as scroll and you should have to hold CTRL to make it zoom.
