I am designing an ESP 32 custom board and I observe that after adding thermal relief vias on the board's GND pin, a power RATLINE appears and does not go away. I have observed that it happens when adding GND pins in certain order. I have repeated this behaviour on different ESP32 boards such as WROOM and S3-WROOM-1. Seems like a bug but happy to hear your thoughts.
