Description
Project Uses an IRFz44n MOSFET as lower side MOSFET, and a gate driver of 2x2n3904 and some other resistors which works with 3v3 and 5v logic level signals.
3 input: GND, VCC, Sig
GND: Ground
VCC: at least 11V
Sig: Signal fed into gate driver
There are also two 2x1 terminals which are connected to the mosfet.
For example if you want to control a 12V-5A heater with Arduino, here is how you should connect:
(Power+) and (Power-): Should be connected to the positive and negative poles of power source (for above example 12v source with at least 5A output)
(Load+) and (Load-): Should be connected to the positive and negative poles of the load (for above example heater element)
It is also works file with the PWM
Very Important Note: As MOSFET configuration is lower side, then Power- (HC-GND or HighCurrent GND in schematic) should be connected to PCDb's GND, otherwise it can cause problems.
