ESP32-ETH01 Carrier Teich v7

Unfortunately, the first published version had an error, as IO ports were incorrectly specified on the internet and in the manufacturer's technical description.
These have been corrected in this version.

The board is intended as a multifunctional board. It has 4 ports each for input and output, the programming interface, 2 temperature ports, which you can also use elsewhere because you can switch off the resistors, and an I2C interface.
The capacitors can, but do not have to be installed.
