Description

A Piezo driver based on the paper "Low-cost, open-source XYZ nanopositioner for high-precision analytical applications" at https://www.hardware-x.com/article/S2468-0672(22)00062-1/fulltext (the design in the paper is CC-BY-SA but that is not an option in the list here so the CERN open hardware license seems like the closest option)

This uses a few different parts than the design in the paper and has worked when tested. The output wires should be fairly short and be twisted to avoid oscillations in the output signal. The original uses a SMA connector and coaxial cable which is better than the twisted wires.
