FRAM USB Stick Board

This is a minimal FRAM development/prototype board in the form of a USB stick. It features an ATMega88 / ATMega168 / ATMega368 microcontroller, a USB to Serial converter chip and an FRAM chip connected to the microcontroller via the SPI interface.

All chips are powered using the ME6211C33 low dropout regulator, which converts the 5V input from the USB port to 3.3V. No external power is needed.

I'm currently working on the firmware to use the FRAM chip as a simple storage device, but you can reuse this project for learning or other purposes.

All components in the BOM were selected based on availability on LCSC.
