Simple clock and power on reset module for RC2014.
Derived from the SC142 (https://smallcomputercentral.wordpress.com/sc142-power-module-rc2014/).
v1.1 adds a double row header so the board doesn't wobble so much. None of the extra pins are used so a single row header can still be used.
