PTT-tikenteller-redux2

Small board to power a solenoid in a PTT Tikkenteller (see https://www.pttcollectie.nl/product-page/kosten-tikkenteller-telefonie-1975 for a history) - a counter. ESP32 that listens on MQTT - and updates the counter as needed. Main challenge is the make the 60 volt to triggert he solenoid. This is done with a boost converter and a small bank of capacitors.
