!!!NOT YET TESTED!!!, but this is basically an orderable board. Components used are from LCSC and should be orderable with SMT assembly service. The 5V to +-15V PSU is still THT, but the "THAT1512" chip is not in JLCPCB's assembly list. Could try farnell or something else. Try to order it with the 15V PSU.
The comically large capacitor could be smaller, but Matt stated that the big capacitance was needed as in the original tests there was interference and this large capacitor had fixed it. Further testing needs to be done, but if you are fine with the size, feel free to use this!
