Dog Barking Preventer

This project detects a loud sound (like barking) and triggers a high frequency noise (10khz - 18khz) for a few seconds, this annoys the dog and after some time, he conditions that the barking will have an uncomfortable consequence, this after a adaptation, will cause the constant barking to decrease or stop in a few minutes. In addition, mode 1 (10khz) is still reasonably audible to the human ear (in an equally annoying way), so it will also annoy the neighbor who owns the noisy dog.
