Description
This project provides the ability to program a 28-pin EEPROM (28C64, 28C128, 28C256, or 28C512) using a file (.hex, .s19, or .bin). The PCB plugs into an Arduino Mega 2560 or compatible board. The Arduino connects to a Windows PC via USB. See the EEPROM Programmer web site for software and more information.
