ESP32 External CNC Driver 6 Axis

TacoChicken CNC Controller is a full featured CNC controller designed for FluidNC firmware. It can control up to 6 axis as well as having the following features:

- I2SO for increased output count.

- 6 Limit Switch inputs with hardware debouncing.

- SD Card. 

- Designed for external stepper drivers.

- 1 x 3A High Voltage relay (up to 220V).

- 1 x 10A 24V DC output.

- 2 x 1A load switches.

- Opto Isolated Inputs.

- 24V DC power input.

- 0-10V spindle output signal.

- D-Sub connectors for secure I/O connections.

- OLED/I2C header for expansion/OLED screen addition. 

- UART-USB chip onboard (CH340) for ease of initial programming.

- 100K Thermistor Input.

- All Additional I2SO outputs broken out to D-SUB connector for ease of expansion. 

****NOTE: AT THIS TIME THIS CONTROLLER HAS NOT BEEN FULLY TESTED****

*** CURRENT FEATURES TESTED TO FUNCTION (WILL UPDATE AS TESTED): 

- USB and 24V DC Power Input.

- SD Card can be read.

- FluidNC can be installed without issue.

- Successfully connects to Wifi.

- I2S Stepping functions properly.

- 2 x 1A load low side switches function properly. 

- All limit switch inputs read properly.

Still to be tested:

- Relay Output.

- 24V 10A MOSFET Output.

- 0-10V Spindle Control Output.
