MK14-FRAM Issue IV

Small daughter board for the MK14 Science of Cambridge Computer witch gives the MK14 access to 32k of FRAM Memory. The board uses a GAL22V10 and a FM1808 Ferroelectric Nonvolatile RAM. The board plugs into the SCMP socket on the MK14, existing ROM and RAM on the MK14 can be removed. The FRAM is configured using the GAL22V10, so that part of the FRAM can be used as ROM, also a write protect link can be used to write protect part of the memory.
