StatusDomeLight

STM32 - based addressable LED  board. Designed to go on the inside of a "stack light" for indicating a robot's status. PWM control input to look like a standard hobby servo, and powered off of the 5v servo supply line.

If I make a rev2....
* will likely move the debug header - it's hard to hook up to it with the capacitors in the way

* Regulator supply ain't great, led's will dim if the supply voltage drops. Could be improved.
