Description

This relay board serves as both a relay and fuse block for installing accessories on a motorcycle. The system is design to handle 40 amps at 12
volts total.
The board consists of 6 portative rail outputs with a max of 20A on any single output while still maintaining a total current draw of 20 amps per
relay or 40A total.
The fuses on the outputs can be placed in a position where the output is run through a relay or a continuous power output. The mini blade fuse
hold is a dual position holder.
There are 2 relays on the board. Relay can switch outputs 1-3, while relay 2 switches output’s 2-6.
There is a switch in the system that will link/bridge the triggering signals for the relays for instances where the user would like all 6 outputs to be
switched with only a single input voltage that would switch both relays.
Both inputs and outputs are carried out through a TE Fast-on connector.
Things I need checked
1. The overall layout of the schematic that is correct and will function as described above.
2. The selection and placement of the relays, switch, and diodes are correct.
3. The PCB layout is correct and can handle to stated voltage and amperage.
4. The PCB copper and thickness, traces, caps, pads, and vias are properly sized.
Labels:
VCC = +12v DC main power rail
+Vt_1 = +12v DV coil trigger voltage for relay 1
+Vt_2 = +12v DV coil trigger voltage for relay 2
