Audio buffer (voltage follower) for use with synthesizer equipment. Uses Type C for power and has 12v pp bi polar signal capabilities. The two USB C ports are to allow for daisy chaining boards of a single power supply. Has 3.5mm mono jack support and banana plug for input and output.

There is also the option to amplify a signal by toggling the switch and setting the potentiometer value.
