Description

The KY-010 Optical broken module or photo interrupter module is part of the series "37 In 1 Sensor Module Board Set Kit For Arduino" the module is formed in the front part by a Photomicrosensor type EE-SX1103 (inside which there is a couple transmitter and optical receiver), and two resistors (1 kΩ and 33 Ω) in the rear. The sensor uses a light beam between the emitter and a detector to check if the path between both is blocked by an opaque object.
