PH Temperature logger controller

Initiallialy I made for PH and temperature logs that you can record on SD card as well as real time we can monitor it on 1.8 inch color LCD. This is very usefull for aquariums water quality monitoring. we can also monitor it wirelessly through bluetooth and wifi as well. This project we can use as universal controller as well. It is same as Arduino UNO.
