STD Sonix4 Ultrasonic Generator
Mode:
Sonix4 (SonixIV) went out of business several years ago, but their Ultrasonic Cleaners are still in the field.
Parts to repair these units are no longer available.
They were unique in that they were 60KHz Frequency instead of the more common 40KHz cleaners on the market, making them desirable for Surgical and Dental Instrument cleaning.
As a former employee, I was able to troubleshoot and discover some flaws with their original circuit boards that were used on Ultrasonic Cleaners before 2007.
I have laid out a potential replacement circuit board for SonixIV Ultrasonic Cleaners made before 2007!
I have attached a photo of the OLD STYLE SONIX4 Circuit Board to avoid confusion over which circuit board this version replaces.
***NOTE: This circuit board layout is UNVERIFIED !
***ONLY USE 120vAC!!! (220vAC will cause immediate damage).
***See Schematic for all Warnings as advise for troubleshooting.
***For EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. SHOCK HAZARD!!! USE AT OWN RISK***
***LETHAL VOLTAGES AND HIGH VOLTAGES***
***NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED***
