Description
The Otto robot was created back in 2016, founder and design engineer Camilo created a DIY robot that was accessible to everyone. All source code, software, and 3D printing designs are freely available to anyone in the world. This version of the Otto robot has a modified design and electronics.
It's an interactive robot that anyone can build. Otto is a small dancing robot that introduces people of all ages to technology; through hands-on building, they learn the logical connection between mechanical components, electronics, and code.
Description:
The Otto robot is made in a version with a bipad. As a suggestion, I used the design available on the website https://www.ottodiy.com/.
I used two types of electronics in the design. One of them uses an Arduino NANO SuperMini module, and the other uses an ESP32S3 module.
Power supply:
To power the Otto robot, I use a Micro USB 3.3V 5V 16340 Power Bank module (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32954615031.html).
Ultrasonic Sensor:
Otto robot can use various ultrasonic sensor models, CS100A, HC-SR04 or RUS-04.
Servo :
The Otto robot can only use the Emax ES08MA II servo motor because it has smaller dimensions.
PCB :
The PCB is made for many accessories that will be used in other Otto robot models in the future.
