Description
Custom Flight Controller (based on INAV MATEKF411TE)
This FC was designed by me and is based on the INAV MATEKF411TE firmware.
Specifications
- MCU: STM32F411CEU6
- IMU: ICM42605 / ICM42688P (interchangeable; 42688P is better performance and more expensive)
- Barometer: BMP280
- Interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, 6 PWM channels available
- Power: Input 5V, onboard LDO RT9193 regulates down to 3.3V.
You will need an external buck converter to step down battery voltage to 5V.
Hardware
- 2-layer PCB for the lowest possible cost.
- USB-C connector.
Firmware
- The board can be directly flashed with the Matek F411TE firmware using INAV Configurator 7.1.0.
- Note: INAV 8 no longer supports F411.
First-time Setup:
- Hold the BOOT button
- Plug in USB-C
- Open INAV Configurator → Flash Firmware → Select MATEKF411TE → Load → Flash
Now, you can click Connect and enter the INAV program.
Then click on the CLI section, type:
set align_board_pitch = 1800
set align_board_yaw = 900
save
