SC143 v1.0 ROM module for RC2014 low profile
The module has the following features:
- 128k byte FLASH memory
- Divided into four 32k byte banks
- Bank selected by jumpers
- Includes SCM and BASIC in one bank
- Three spare banks for alternative firmware
- Write protect jumper for FLASH memory
- Compatible with RC2014-Z80 bus
- Low profile form factor
