ATMEGA328 Floppy Controller V2

This is the second version of the Arduino FDC, in this version I designed the board to contains an integrated USB-to-TTL converter chip (CH340G), it also has a facility for the internal motherboard USB 2.0 header, which would allow user to add a floppy controller to a modern motherboard.

I also provided a external header for ICSP (Initial bootloader programming), TTL for using an external USB to TTL converter and a external reset pushbutton header.
