WiFi Smart Water Pump Controller S1

Introduction

The WiFi Smart Water Pump Controller S1  is an innovative device engineered to provide seamless control of water pumps through WiFi connectivity. Designed to integrate effortlessly with the WiFi Water Level S1, this controller offers a comprehensive solution for managing water levels and automating pump operations. Whether for residential, agricultural, or industrial applications, it enables efficient and remote management of water systems.

 

The prototype is already working but in this project we are moving it to smd, easy single board assambly, swap from eps32 dev-board to esp32 fcc/ec aproved module, open hardware and software.

 

This project use the WiFi Water Level S1 open hardware sensor project.

IPC-2221 compliance and calculations for pump line part:

max amps copper thickness
14 amps 2 oz/ft2
19 amps 3 oz/ft2
23 amps 4 oz/ft2

AC line used by water pump, use 3mm trace width, that dependign on copper thickness, will allow 14 amps.

for more than 14 amps will need replace components, like the relay and others that only support 15 amps.
