Wi-Fi HaLow Carrier for Xiao ESP32

This open-source project brings the Wi-Fi HaLow to the ESP32-S3.  This uses the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3 board, extending its connectivity and functionality. Powered by the MM8108-MF15457 module from Morse Micro, this board enables robust, long-range wireless communication via Wi-Fi HaLow.
