NE5534 Amplifier and vibration reducer

 

  • Battery input is 4.2V MAX (single cell LiPo / LiIon)
  • Power input is 6-10V from a DC-DC boost converter
  • Use shielded cables for Mic in and Line out, preferably a ground plane on both sides of the PCB
  • You may want to use a smaller cap than 1000uF for C4, put it on (thick) wires outside of the PCB or lay it horizontally
  • You may want to use an LDO between the boost converter and power input to get rid ofnoise and ripple, ideally one with high PSR (like LM317)
  • 220k potentiometer is optional (if unused, replace with a wire / 0ohm resistor)

 

Dont forget the ground plane !! Dont forget to connect all islands of the ground pane !!
