16bit adapter for GQ-4X  (& Willem, GQ-2X, GQ-3X) with more options to read Toshiba TC533204AP (32Mo, 8bit) and TC5364205AP (64Mo, 16bit) maskroms:

 

- Jumpers J1 & J2 allow to assign pin 32 & pin 11 to A21 & A22 on the programmer ZIF to select 32Mb & 64Mb rom size respectively.

NOTE: for TC5364205AP (64Mb), create a new device in the 'devices.text' file using 27C322 as a model as follow:

 Name="TC5364205AP",ID="XXXX",Class="27C322",Category="EPROM",MFG="ALL(Generic)",CodeSize="8388608",Adapter="ADP-054, ADP-055 16 BIT EPROM ADAPTER";

 

- Jumpers J3 & J4 allow to turn the adapter in 8bit mode to read TC533204AP using 27C322 as a model.

 

Neo-Doctor V2.0 - 8/16bit adapter for DIP40/42 EPROMs

 

Adapter is based on the following schematic with additionnal jumpers to read 64Mb roms or to disable the 16bit mode:  Opensource 16bit adapter for Willem programmers
