У меня в процессе ремонта накопились эти компоненты и я решил сделать пару своих плат на основе STM8S003K3T6C.
Далеко не самый эргономичный и красивый проект, но делается очень быстро. Я никогда не делал STM8 и все решения, опубликованные здесь, лучше не брать на заметку.
