ELRS Gemini Transmitter Module

Ah~ It's been a long time since the last update. ELRS is about to release version 3.5 soon, and finally it officially supports data transmission. I also updated it myself. The backpack has been changed to ESP32-C3-WROOM. 

The attachment 2 on September 3rd contains the latest motherboard gerber file.
