6809E/6809 sbc

Update: Now with 40pin edge connector and can be used with either a 6809 or 6809e processor. The 40pin connector is for use with expansion cards and backplane from the CZ boards.

6809 based SBC Most of the design from Grant searle original design. This version can use either the 6809E or 6809p/b. So either the internal clock or external clock versions. To use the board with either chip refer to XTAL/EXTAL Jumpers:

6809 series, internal clock
use no jumpers, install X1, C2, C3

6809 series, external clock
use EXTAL, XTAL, install X2

6809E series
use XTAL, install X2, U5

This board supports both Microsoft basic (simelar version to Dragon 32, without graphics) and BBC Basic v2 (again without graphics). One of the images also has ASSIST09 (cut down version). There is also a beta version of the ROM image that has a 6809 version of WOZMON+BASIC

I have Added  jumpers to allow 512k ROM giving access to four pages of ROM with jumpers, also re-connected the RTS line to aid with hardware connection to a PC. And added jumpers to change the Serial flow control Signals.

The circuit layout was created by me with improved silk screen markings to help make sure things like the FTDI are connected the right way!
