CompletedDaisy chainable relay board

Description
Have you ever had some issues with those closed source home automation relay boards?
Most of the problems we encounter are:
- Closed source
- You need an amount of relays but the avaliable ones have either too much or too little.
- Uncommon hardware
- Programming port not exposed
- No GPIOs avaliable
Well, thats a project for you!
With this project the controller is the well known esp32-s3. It comes with an usb-uart programmer...
And most important... The relay board module are daisy chainable!
Just like WS2812 leds, you just plug one board at the end of another. Each board has 8 relays.
Need 16 relays? just use 2 boards
Need 32 relays? Just use 4!
Since they're driven by an jellybean 74HC595 shift register, the usage of the out enable and latch and simple logic together with 74LVC2G241 allows to deduce the amount of relays avaliable!
