Description

This is a complet Class AB home amplifier with a VCC from 30v to 300V on + and - (differential power), basically you are limited only by the Collector - Emitter voltage of the choosen BJT transistors and also max voltage of the Power MOSFETs, it was tested on +90 - 0 - -90 and it worked, it was simulated up to +300 -0- -300 in multisim and it worked. The 2 resistors from BIAS (superdiode) are calculated and choosen for the VGS of the MOSFETS choosen, also the bias board should be placed on the same heatsink as the power stage with both transistor into thermal contact with the heatsink. If you dont know how to calculate, here is some software i developed for multiple purposes including calculating superdiode resistors for various output stages (BJT or MOSFETS):
