PC Engine Controller Breakout

Breakout board for the PC Engine controller. This provides all the data lines and voltages needed to run a controller.

The main PC Engine connector can be made up of a series of 2.54" male headers (just make sure they're as lined up as possible and you will need to remove the plastic shim).
