8bit bus display

Design board for the TomNisbet minimal-hardware-7-segment-display see this github link for original project https://github.com/TomNisbet/minimal-hardware-7-segment-display. I have made no changes to Tom's design but added a basic hex input and buffre that is controled by dip switch or the attached CPU. Boards are being made once this is done will post videos of it all working I hope ;)
