Description

I have tested the board named "Toy Fish 3". It works fine. I didn't use the exact correct resistors but you just need to do the math till the outputs from the buffer are 700mv. It gets weird because the more that the 5V supply is away from 5V the more than your outputs will be offset. I have some issues with the clock (I think). I do not think there is an issue with the board. I am going to move forward with the CPLD version of this kit. I am just leaving this design behind for posterity. Do your own due diliegence.
