Description

Basic Introduction (Valentine's Day Essentials)

  1. The price of the chip used is STC8G1K08A-8P, and the price is 0.7/piece, and the cost of all the chips is not more than 5 yuan!
  2. 76 LEDs are used, and the colors are free to match!
  3. The modeling technology is not good, the bracket modeling needs to be changed manually, and the big guy can design it himself.

The modeling ideas I have are:

  1. Model a little flower! It is then powered by butterfly feet.
  2. Model a willow tree! Hang the butterfly up and power it with two lanyards.
  3. Model a Circle! Use a silent geared motor to slowly rotate the top pan.

 

Assembly process:

1. After getting the board, you need to cut the wings and body with diagonal pliers!

2. Then solder all the components separately first, and then pay attention! Burn the program to the baseplate first! Because if you don't have a burning pen, it will be very troublesome to burn the flying line!

3. Then weld the wings on and lead out the power cable.

(1) If you use a willow frame to hang it, you need to draw out the power cords on both sides.

(2) To use the disc, you need to cut 6 LED pins, which are used as butterfly pins and power supply pins!

 

Butterfly baseplate power supply:

If you want to be effective, it is recommended to boost the voltage to 5V, but of course it can work fine with a 3.7V power supply.

Precautions for installation

The pin header needs to be angled welded! Then before soldering to the motherboard, you need to cut off the header a little at an angle, so that the butterfly will be tilted and curled to look better!

 

If you need to use the scaffold I designed, you need to pay attention, there are some things to change, and the modeling technology is not very good, you need to change it manually.

 

Wicker frame bracket:

1. After the bracket is printed, use a hard wire to bend it! Then it is scalded into the bracket, fixed with hot melt glue, and then connected to the power cord inside! Introducing the baseplate!

The opening position is shown in the picture!

2. How to fix it with hot melt adhesive, leave a switch hole, you can use it or connect the wire directly!

Burn the welded butterfly feet into the bottom plate, and then fix the welded power supply line with hot melt adhesive!

Power supply part:

The chip voltage used in the project is a wide voltage power supply, 3.3V-5V can be driven, but after practice, the voltage is too low LED will not be very bright, and it will not achieve the best viewing.

The effect is to add a boost module: the SX1308 boost module is used for boosting, which can be powered by a 1.5V No. 7 battery or a 3.7V lithium battery.

 

Program Burning:

The tool I use is my own design of the writing pen, if you don't have it, you can also use the serial port module to burn the cable! (The burn-in file is attached!) 

Open source address: CH340C Burning Pen - JLC EDA open source hardware platform (oshwhub.com).

After selecting the file, click to download and hit the 4 welding plates in the middle of the butterfly (be careful not to reverse, your fingers are scalded and bald~)
