ecl or/nor

Emitor cuppled logic module for OR/NOR. Needs ground, -5.2V (Vee) and a bias voltage of -1.3V (Vref). The output swings from roughly -0.9V (High) to -1.7V (Low). EC logic has a high power consumption but is very fast. depending on the transistors used the circuit could reach switching speeds of 1ns. The board is designed to use 2n3904 npn transistors.
