STD Cell_Tester

The main idea of this tester is no external power supply.
This concept allow to cascade testers to battery with any cell count.
Tester have its own OLED display.
Step Up pump need to power the operational amplifier.
Measurment of Amper/Hours of battery implemented with load current up to 10 Amps. Maximum load current can be limited with buttons control. After test, the tester go to sleep to save battery power and wake up by button pressing. Measurement result is stored to EEPROM memory.
