Coherent DB25 Laser Controller

Controller for Diamond and SL Series RF CO2 Lasers.

uses NanoPWMac lib for 20khz pwm from https://www.rmcybernetics.com/science/diy-projects/programming-projects

also has readout for fault pins and debug outputs.

internal pot controls duty cycle from 0 to 60%,  above 2% lasers will be enabled.
