The original MCP601 model from:
is written in PSPICE syntax and is not directly compatible with ngspice.
The .subckt model on this page has been edited to run in ngspice, the simulation tool that is used for EasyEDA.
However, note that:
The TCE parameter used in the REXP model statement is not recognised by ngspice.
The subckt does not converge well: some experimentation with the (Stop time)/(Maximum Time Step) ratio or with using the
.options method = gear
statement may be needed to get a simulation using this model to run.
