Level Shifter

This is a simple board to host the level shifter required to connect SKR E3 Mini v3 with the Prusa MMU3 board. The SKR Mini E3 v3 is 3.3V TTL where as the MMU board is 5V and the RX port on the SKR Mini E3 v3 can only handle up to 4.4V which is not safe enough to directly connect to a 5V TTL. The TX port can handle up to 8V so it is okay. Don't simply trust the values I give and please check the SKR Mini E3 v3 specifications.
