Framework Input Breakout

A modification of the input breakout board by CRImier (https://github.com/CRImier/MyKiCad/tree/master/Laptop%20mods/framework_input_brkt_smol)

Only wired up to provide USB out and on/off button (with on/off button LED). The USB is wired up for 'sometimes' operation (it turns on when the computer is on/awake, no power when off/asleep)
