Home Automation Project

This is a home automation project for controlling the speed of the fan using fan dimming methoid and control 2 appliance along with one heavy applience

Need to know whether my design is correct or not
1) I added grounding layer for all GND pins to make it common
Does it cause a problem?

2) I've used CP2102 IC for uploading program in the esp32 board, can anyone see my design and tell me whether it is correct or not?
