Description

Description

This board mounts in the bottom housing of the Adafruit 2993 light tower. The board eliminates the need for external switching devices to opperate the lights and buzzer. BJTs located on the board control the tower with the use of 5 volt logic from the Arduino. 12 volts and ground are supplied to the board through a JST 2 pin connector, labeled "PW". The 5 volt logic is supplied to the board through a JST 4 pin connector, labeled "SIG". The existing light tower wires are shortened and soldered directly to the board. The board works in conjunction with the existing board in the tower.
