Unbalanced to balanced audio signal convertor

This is a stereo unbalanced to balanced audio signal convertor usefull for amplifiers that have on the input the possibility of balanced signal. It uses the DRV134 IC that has a very low distortion (0.0005% @ 1kHz). The supply should not exced  +/-18V.
