VistaEsphome-SMT

This projects provides a PCB layout for the diagram from https://github.com/Dilbert66/esphome-vistaECP ("Ground Isolatoed Version"). Once opened in the online editor, the layout could be sent to the manufacturer and have PCBs mailed out in a few days. The board will have resistors and octocouplers surface-mounted. We still need to solder esp8266 ourselves. Optionally, we can also solder an voltage regulator and screw terminals - the manufacturer charges much more for non-SMT soldering.
