Description

Description

This is a simple EEPROM programmer using arduino nano. The registers were used to expand the number of outputs of the arduino. There are better ways to do this. For example, the 74HC595 could have been used instead of the 74LS173 and the 74LS95 with the inverter, but I wanted to do it with the ICs I already had.
